The Best Beverage Cooler for the Money

There’s a reason the hOmeLabs 120 Beverage Refrigerator and Cooler has consistently been a top seller on Amazon and other online retailers, but don’t look now: is there’s a new king in town?

It’s something we all struggle to find these days: the perfect combination of price and quality. When shopping for a new beverage refrigerator, you need great drink capacity, quality materials, and high dependability. While there are several high-end fridges that would meet those criteria, you want it all within your budget. Challenge accepted!

We’ve taken a look at the reviews and ratings of the top-selling drink coolers out there and come up with our list of Best Beverage Coolers for the Money. When putting our recommendations together, we took careful consideration of price, outer dimensions, inner capacity, power consumption, and overall user rating at Amazon. Here what we’ve found!

NewAir Beverage Cooler

The contender. Don’t look now, but is there a new champion on the horizon? While we may be getting a little ahead of ourselves, the NewAir Beverage Cooler has recently positioned itself as a challenger to the throne.

Our takeaway: Not only does it hold slightly more (around 126 cans), but it also cools to a chilling 34 degrees…lower than its competitors mentioned here. We think you should take a serious look at the NewAir…and you may even see it topping this list in the near future.

hOmeLabs 120 Can Beverage Refrigerator and Cooler

Long live the king. While hOmeLabs has really come on strong, it hasn’t done enough to unseat the hOmeLabs 120 Can Beverage Refrigerator and Cooler from its throne. With comparable features but a lower price point, it’s hard to find a reason not to love this cooler.

Our takeaway: The hOmeLabs 120 is a great little workhorse with the features you need at a price point that’s hard to beat. We love the reversible door, powerful cooling system, and incredibly quiet operation. While we weren’t too keen that the LED light is fairly dim (and not automatic when you open the door) and that the shelves just don’t feel as sturdy as the others on our list, it’s still hard not to love the 120.

Kalamera 24” Beverage Refrigerator Cooler

The dark horse. While the hOmeLabs and NewAir models featured above may be everything you need, they can’t quite compete with models built from higher-quality materials with high-end features. Of course, higher quality equates to a higher price, right? Well, sure…but what if we told you there’s a premium beverage fridge that won’t empty your wallet? Check out the Kalamera 24” Beverage Refrigerator Cooler which can hold 120 cans and 16 bottles. It comes in built-in or freestanding models and features a seamless stainless exterior with a triple-layer tempered glass door and so much more for only about twice the price of its lower-end contemporaries.

Regardless of which direction you decide to go, you can’t go wrong with one of these choices. If you choose one of these models for your home, or if you’ve discovered a hidden gem of your own, tell us about it in the comments!
